Welcome to Shri Jain Ji. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of shrijainji.com and services operated by Shri Jain Ji from Housing Board Colony, Sector 18, Old Faridabad, Faridabad, Haryana 121002, India.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including name, email, phone number, and delivery address.

• We sell traditional Indian snacks, sweets, namkeen, cookies, khakhra, pickles, dry fruits, and related food products.
• We make reasonable efforts to show product descriptions, weights, ingredients, images, and pricing accurately.
• Small variations in colour, texture, packaging, shape, or appearance may occur because several products are handmade or produced in batches.
• Product availability, pricing, offers, and packaging may change without prior notice.
• Please review ingredient, allergen, storage, and best-before information before purchase and consumption.

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and order totals are shown at checkout.
• Online payments are processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking passwords, or sensitive payment credentials.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or successful order placement where another payment method is made available.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery is coordinated through iCarry Aggregator and courier partners, and timelines may vary by location, courier capacity, weather, public holidays, and circumstances outside our control.

Because food products are perishable and hygiene-sensitive, returns are generally not accepted after dispatch or delivery except where the product is damaged, defective, spoiled, incorrect, or incomplete as explained in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Labels such as Jain-friendly, satvik, vegetarian, pure ghee, no onion, or no garlic are based on our recipe and preparation practices unless a third-party certification is expressly stated.
• Customers with allergies, medical restrictions, religious observance requirements, or ingredient sensitivities must check product information before ordering.
• Our facility may handle common allergens including nuts, milk, gluten, grains, spices, and dairy. Trace cross-contact may occur despite precautions.

• The Shri Jain Ji name, logo, product images, content, graphics, design, and website materials are owned by or licensed to Shri Jain Ji.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, misuse, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
• You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or misuse accounts, coupons, payments, or reviews.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shri Jain Ji is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use or product purchase. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order, except where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Faridabad, Haryana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
